Steal
what
works.

Every Friday: 20 fresh swipes for SMBs and solopreneurs. Posts, reels, hooks, subject lines — pulled from ads and content I actually saw convert. You adapt and post. No more staring at a blank caption box on Sunday night.

The Sunday Night Spiral

You sit down to post.
And nothing comes out.

Posting consistently doesn't fail because you're lazy. It fails because every post starts from zero. Blank caption box. Blank reel. Blank email. And after a week of running your actual business, your brain has nothing left to give the algorithm.

01
The blank page is the problem.
It's not creativity. It's the cost of starting from scratch every single time. 10 minutes becomes an hour becomes "I'll post tomorrow."
02
Generic AI captions don't sound like you.
ChatGPT will give you 50 hooks. They all sound like ChatGPT. You can spot them in your feed in two seconds — and so can everyone else.
03
You don't need more advice. You need raw material.
Every marketing guru tells you "post more." Nobody hands you what to post. The Swipe File is what to post.
04
Real swipes beat made-up content.
Everything in The Swipe File is pulled from posts and ads I saw work in the wild. Not theoretical. Tested. You're not stealing — you're shortcutting.

20 swipes.
Every Friday.
For the price of a Netflix.

Every Friday morning (Brisbane time), a new drop hits your inbox. Adapt it on the weekend. Schedule it Monday. Live your life Tuesday through Thursday. Repeat.

// 8 PER WEEK
Social posts
Written for SMBs and solopreneurs. Each comes with the original hook, the pivot, and the soft CTA. Edit your way in.
// 5 PER WEEK
Reel templates
Beat-matched scripts you film on your phone. Hook, story, CTA — 15-30 seconds. Plain English. No tripod. No fancy lighting.
// 5 PER WEEK
Subject lines
Tested in real email campaigns. The kind that get opened on a Friday afternoon when nobody's reading email.
// 2 PER WEEK
Hook of the week
The single hook I would steal first this week if I were starting from zero. With the post structure it lives inside.
The real talk: I run an AI marketing agency. I see hundreds of ads, posts, and emails every week — what's converting and what's dying. The Swipe File is the slice of that I'd want if I were running a coffee shop or a dog walker on the side. I'm just letting you in.
The Math

$27 a month.
Do the math with me.

Swipes per month (minimum)≥ 80
Time to write one post from scratch~ 15 min
Time to adapt one swipe~ 2 min
Time saved per month≈ 17 hours
Cost per swipe$1.35

// Or: less than 1 hour of your time at $30/hr. Or one bad Uber Eats order. Or 2.5 takeaway coffees.

If you run a business
and post sometimes.

SMB owners
Cafés, salons, studios, gyms, dog walkers. You're great at the work. The marketing is the third shift you don't have time for.
⚙️
Solopreneurs
Coaches, consultants, freelancers. You ARE the business. Your posts are the funnel. The Swipe File is the fuel.
🛠️
Trades & service businesses
Plumbers, sparkies, builders, cleaners. You know "post on Instagram" is a thing. You don't know what to post. Now you do.
📈
Anyone running their own marketing
If you're posting yourself instead of paying $3k/month for an agency — this is the agency's swipe file, minus the agency.
Sunday Night, 9pm

Imagine this.

Asked & answered.

Where do the swipes come from?
Real ads, posts, and emails I see converting in the wild — across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and my agency clients' campaigns. Sources never include identifying details. You get the structure, the hook, the pattern. Not someone else's brand name.
Is this just AI-generated content?
No. AI is great at making a lot of mediocre content fast. The Swipe File is the opposite: a small number of swipes that actually worked, curated by a human who's looked at thousands. AI is a tool I use; it's not the product.
What if my industry isn't represented?
A good swipe is structural. The hook for a café reel is the hook for a personal trainer reel is the hook for a tax accountant reel — you swap the noun. Most members run businesses I've never written specifically for.
How do I get the drop?
Every Friday morning (Brisbane time) you get an email with a link to that week's drop folder. It lives in Google Drive — written swipes as text files, reel scripts as PDFs, subject lines as a single doc. Nothing to install.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, one click, no email-us-to-cancel nonsense. Stripe handles it. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until your next billing date.
Will The Swipe File ever go up in price?
Yes — almost certainly. When it does, founding members lock in $27/mo forever. The longer you wait, the more you'll pay.
Why $27?
Cheap enough to be a no-brainer for one good month. Expensive enough that I take it seriously and you actually use it. Free swipe files exist. They're free for a reason.
Who runs this?
Ben Alek Conner, founder of Nunya Bunya — a Brisbane AI marketing agency. I work with real clients on real campaigns. The Swipe File is what I'd want if I were sitting where you are.

Friday is coming.
Are you in?

20 swipes every Friday. $27/month. Cancel anytime, one click. Founding-member price locked for life.
