Everyone keeps telling you AI will change your business. Nobody tells you which part, or what to do on Monday morning. Answer nine questions and I'll send you a phased plan for your business: what to automate first, what it saves you, and what it would cost to build.
The jobs in your week that are repetitive enough for a machine to do, named specifically.
Rough hours back per week, so you can tell which ones are worth bothering with.
The actual tools for each job, and whether it's a weekend or a month of work.
Four phases. What to do first, what can wait, and what you should not touch yet.
Your audit will be specific to your business. This is the general order, and the reasoning behind it: start where a mistake is cheap, finish where the money is.
Inbox triage, meeting notes, turning one recording into a week of posts. Nothing here touches a customer, so a mistake costs you nothing. You get time back in the first fortnight, and you find out whether working this way suits you before anything important depends on it.
Quotes, proposals, invoices, follow-up documents. The work you do after the client says yes. It's repetitive, it's slow, and it's the same shape every time, which is exactly what a machine is good at. You review before anything goes out.
Answering enquiries fast, qualifying them, and following up properly. This is where the real return is, because every service business quietly loses work to slow replies. It goes third because by now you trust the system and we know what your customers actually ask.
Handover. Documentation, the logins, and the training so your team can change things without calling me. If you still need me after twelve months, something went wrong in the first eleven.
This is free because it's how I get work. If the plan looks good and you want me to build it, we talk about that. If you take the plan and build it yourself, or hand it to someone cheaper, that's genuinely fine. It's yours either way.
Some of it you won't need me for. A fair bit of what I'll recommend is a setting you turn on in software you already pay for. I'll tell you when that's the case rather than quoting you for it.
I only recommend things I've built. Everything in your plan is something I run in my own business or have built for someone else. No predictions about what AI might do next year.
I work remotely. Everything happens over email, calls and shared screens, wherever you are.
Your audit is being put together now. It lands in your inbox within two business days, after I've read it over myself.
Want to talk it through when it arrives? Book a time → Optional, and there's no pitch on it.
Skip the form and book twenty minutes. Same audit, I just ask the questions myself.
